How to install RustDesk (CrmConfig)

This guide explains how to install the preconfigured RustDesk client for CrmConfig. The package already points to our server: you do not need to set ID server or key.

1) Download the right package

• Windows — ZIP
• Linux — tar.gz
• macOS — ZIP: run INSTALLA.command or install.sh

2) Install on Windows

1. Download rustdesk-windows.zip and extract it.
2. Open the folder: INSTALLA.cmd, rustdesk-setup.exe, LEGGIMI.txt.
3. Right-click INSTALLA.cmd → Run as administrator.
4. Wait for the installation completed message.
5. Open RustDesk: your ID appears immediately.
6. Copy the RustDesk ID and paste it into your ticket.

Do not run only the generic exe without INSTALLA.cmd: the script applies CrmConfig configuration.

3) Install on Linux

1. Download and extract rustdesk-linux.tar.gz.
2. Run: bash install.sh.
3. Open RustDesk and copy your ID into the ticket.

4) What you do NOT need to do

• Do not manually set ID server / Relay / Key.
• Do not download RustDesk from the official website for CrmConfig connection: use our packages.
